Salary Range: $40.59 – $60.06 hourly; $84,752 – $125,405 annually

Shift Differential: $2.75 per hour for hours between 6:00pm and 6:00am

Provide professional registered nurse services in a long‑term care, skilled nursing facility. Assess resident needs, recommend appropriate nursing interventions, implement orders and routines, and deliver skilled nursing care. May coordinate, delegate, and review work of other nursing staff members.

• Licensed in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions and in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, or ability to be certified by hire date.
• Effective communication sufficient to provide and follow instructions and teach skills to residents.
• Computer skills sufficient to complete electronic charting in Point Click Care .

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long‑term care or other senior healthcare environment.
• Experience working with Veteran population.
• Ability to evaluate nursing care from staff, make or recommend changes, and provide mentoring.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and techniques sufficient for effective nursing care and decision making within scope.
• Effective interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
• Experience with Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments.

• May be required to complete a Minnesota Department of Human Services background check.
• Tuberculosis (Mantoux) screening or chest X‑ray required prior to employment.
