Job Overview
Ebenezer is hiring a Director of Nursing (RN) for our Skilled Nursing TCU/LTC units at Jones Harrison in Minneapolis, MN. This RN position ensures the quality of patient/resident care, services, and outcomes. It integrates nursing functions with other disciplines to ensure a team approach to the holistic care of the patients/residents that is consistent with the Ebenezer philosophy and maintains standards within the organization.

Responsibilities- Ensure the quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for residents.
- Plan, develop, and direct new and enhanced health care programs.
- Provide ongoing leadership and oversight of the nursing department; assist with hiring of nursing staff.
- Adhere to budgets.
- Support a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy.
- Support relationships between nursing and medical staff.
- Stay current regarding long‑term care trends and state/federal regulations.
- Represent Ebenezer Society to the external community.
- Support relationships between vendors and the nursing department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree RN.
- Supervisory Experience.
- 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Certification: AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider – BLS Instructor;
American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED.
- Bachelor of Science (BSN).
- 3 years of experience.
- ANACC Certification in Gerontology.
