Heathers Manor - Registered Nurse

Location and Pay

Location:

1 Heathers Manor, 3000 Douglas Dr. N 11, Crystal, MN 55422. Hourly pay: $38–45 DOE. Part‑time, approximately 24 hours per week.

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Transforming Age senior living community located in Crystal. The role focuses on high‑quality care, building relationships with residents, collaborating with a supportive team, and creating a positive impact daily.

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met in accordance with the nursing team.
• Review routine and calendar of events to meet resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Maintain accurate and complete charting and record keeping.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley.
• Support a culture of excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home (assisted living or long‑term care preferred, but not required).
• Flexible, able to work occasional weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of background check, drug screen; other pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

• May need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs. on occasion.
