Assist RN with patient care, grooming, hygiene, and comfort to support post-surgical and medical patients on Med/Surg unit;
Respond to patient call lights promptly and document health status data including vital signs and intake/output;
Set up and maintain orderly patient rooms and provide bedside 1:1 attendant support;
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and post-mortem care as directed by the RN;
Support fall-prevention activities and ensure a safe environment for patients, families, and staff
