Position Overview
Primary care coverage in an onsite outpatient clinic environment focused on employee and family member health. The role supports acute episodic visits and wellness focused care within the clinic scope.
Clinical Scope
Outpatient primary care and acute care visits
Wellness and prevention focused care
May include limited occupational health documentation (per site scope)
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Minnesota license appropriate to provider type
National certification if Nurse Practitioner
Board certification or board eligibility per site requirements if Physician
Must be approved and comfortable seeing ages 2 and older
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
Practice Environment
Outpatient clinic setting with on site support staff
EMR training provided as applicable
Credentialing and Onboarding Items
Standard credentialing documentation is required prior to start
