8/10/2026 Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, MN RN license or MN Temp Permit-RN, BLS cert, NRP cert, and 2 yrs NICU nursing experience which includes ability to care for infants requiring: assisted ventilation including high frequency ventilator (JET and Oscillator), conventional vents, and non-invasive methods (bubble CPAP, RAM cannula, HFNC (high flow nasal cannula), pre and post op care of critically ill newborns (including those with trachs), pre-term infants including ELBW (extremely low birth weight) population, strong knowledge of developmental care is expected.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents, utilizing the nursing process. Accountable for professional practice including independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions performed in collaboration with other health team members. - #Tier1 Travel Compliance MN license does NOT have to be in hand at time of submittal. Must obtain a MN license (temp or perm) before start date - preference given to candidates who commit to going through Aya s licensing project. Interview availability (incl. time zone) is required with submittal. This is per the client. Max 3 days of RTO can be requested (RNs only).
No new RTO after submittal. All RNs are required to work a minimum of 7 weekends within a 12-13 week assignment. RNs must have at least 2 years of specialty inpatient experience. Message AM directly if they have less experience, but are a strong candidate. Travel Experience preferred, but not required. Locals accepted at same rate. References not required , but 1-2 are helpful and could help travelers stand out against another agency s candidates.
Travel partners are welcome! No restrictions. They're still expected to work where needed though, which could result in them having different shifts urn Staff Policy:
