The Oncology Infusion RN will provide specialized care to patients undergoing chemotherapy. The position requires the nurse to manage infusion therapies safely and effectively. Patient ratios are typically 1:6. Charting will be done using Epic. Candidates must have experience administering chemotherapy and managing complications. The role offers support from interdisciplinary teams, including pharmacy and IV teams. No on-call duties are required.
The facility has a total of 672 staffed beds and provides a range of infusion services. Candidates must have strong assessment skills and ability to recognize and manage side effects. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking to enhance their skills in oncology care.
