Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care in a hospital setting
  • Support hematology and oncology staff with patient management
  • Manage a patient load of approximately 11-16 patients daily across all ages
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
  • Assist with hematology procedures, supporting both benign and malignant cases
  • Contribute to bone marrow practice development (knowledge preferred but not required)
  • Facilitate patient education and coordinate care with supportive staff
What You Need
  • Valid MN State RN or PA license
  • Certification: BLS and ACLS required;
    Hematology experience strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of recent hematology/oncology experience
  • Comfortable managing benign and malignant hematology conditions
  • Ability to work independently with support during the day, no weekend call support needed
  • Practice in accordance with hospital standards and protocols
