Key Responsibilities of the RN – NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care

Provide care to critically ill neonates

Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions

Administer medications and treatment as prescribed

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements of the RN – NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care

Active RN license in the state of Minnesota

Current BLS and NICU certification

Experience in neonatal intensive care nursing
