Key Responsibilities of the RN – Pediatrics ER

• Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements of the RN – Pediatrics ER

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting, preferably pediatrics
