Seven Healthcare are seeking a per diem RN specializing in Pediatrics ER to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals looking for flexible shift work in a stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities of the RN – Pediatrics ER:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements of the RN – Pediatrics ER:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting, preferably pediatrics
