What You'll Do

• Provide holistic nursing care to ICU patients across the life cycle
• Monitor patient conditions and perform assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Float to other ICUs or medical/surgical units as needed
• Implement and promote standards of high-quality patient care

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Minnesota RN license
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Preferred:
• Experience working across multiple ICU units
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
