Prior inpatient hematology and oncology experience required
- Hourly Rate: $105.02/hour

- Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care to diverse patient populations
- Support blood transfusions, hematology procedures, and symptom management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient interactions accurately using EPIC EMR
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effect management
- Assist in managing patients with benign and malignant hematologic conditions
- MN licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of inpatient hematology/oncology experience
- Comfort with benign and malignant hematology cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
This position is at a reputable hospital with 686 beds in Minneapolis. The hematology/oncology inpatient unit focuses on comprehensive care for hematology patients, including support for a developing bone marrow transplant program. You'll be supported by dedicated APP staff and work within a collaborative environment committed to excellence. The assignment will encompass full-time inpatient coverage, working Monday through Friday, with flexible support during daytime hours.
