North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our clinical team. The ADON will help manage day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality resident care, compliance, and staff development.
Ideal candidates are licensed RNs in Minnesota with CPR certification and at least 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care. Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and strong evaluation skills are a plus.
