Experience:

Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59 Benefits:
Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave as per state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide anesthesia support for patients aged 12+ in a Level III tertiary hospital Support anesthesia team within a 4:1 care model, assisting with patient care before, during, and after procedures Support specialized procedures;

note that some advanced techniques (blocks, epidurals) are not performed by CRNAs in this setting Support staff in room turnover and supply management Cover shifts scheduled through various time blocks, including potential overnight and weekend shifts (not required) Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management Maintain adherence to all safety and clinical protocols What You Need Active MN Registered Nurse license and MN CRNA certification Minimum 1 year anesthesia experience ACLS and BLS certification (Tier
2) Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Minneapolis that offers a collaborative environment and diverse patient population.
