Cura Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in daily operations, provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote resident-centered care.
The ADON will oversee staffing, education, admissions, QAPI, infection prevention, audits, survey readiness, and serve as a clinical resource, stepping in for the Director as needed to maintain the highest standards of care.
