Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transitional Care (TCU) team as a Nurse Manager at North Ridge Health and Rehab in Minneapolis, MN. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and providing exceptional care to our residents. • Provide nursing leadership and support to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and attention
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including signs of decline, abuse, or neglect
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and procedures
• Mentor and support new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive salary: $97000 - $106000 per year (based on experience)
