• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to identify and diagnose a range of mental health disorders, utilizing established assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies, adapting strategies as necessary based on patient progress.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, continually monitoring treatment effectiveness and making adjustments based on individual patient responses.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's needs.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of mental health professionals to ensure seamless patient care and holistic treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and self-care techniques vital for their recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including responses to medications and therapy outcomes, to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and supervision sessions aimed at continuous professional development and enhancement of patient care quality.

Your work will primarily focus on adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and dual diagnosis patients.
