This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Landscaper, based in Minneapolis, MN. The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces through activities such as performing landscape maintenance, gardening, and irrigation tasks. Other duties include assisting with landscape design, installing hardscape features, and ensuring the health and aesthetics of lawns and gardens. This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and collaborating with a team to meet project goals efficiently.

• Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Gardening practices
• Experience with Irrigation systems and techniques
• Understanding of Landscape Design principles and concepts
• Practical knowledge of general Landscaping methods and equipment operation
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions, collaborate with a team, and meet project timelines
• Prior experience in landscaping or property maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
