** to join their team. As an EHS Specialist, you will be part of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team supporting Manufacturing, Facilities, Operations, Contractors, and Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have

** Pay Range:**  $37.58 - $40.17/hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide day-to-day EHS support and maintain a visible field presence for employees, contractors, supervisors, and project teams.

+ Conduct incident investigations, support root cause analysis, and track corrective actions through completion.

+ Perform safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations across manufacturing and facilities operations.

+ Support equipment installations, maintenance activities, construction projects, and contractor safety programs.

+ Deliver EHS training, compliance support, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote a safe work environment.

**✅What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational safety, EHS, manufacturing safety, industrial safety, or a related field.

+ Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and corrective action management.

+ Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations and contractor safety practices.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
