** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
*** Analysis of quality issues with mechanical products, both internally and at customer sites;
* Development and implementation of quality assurance and improvement measures for a mechanical  manufacturing area, including effectiveness testing;
* Determination of testing methods;
* Identification and implementation of optimisation measures;
* Planning, implementation and documentation of internal and external audits;
* Support for international suppliers and customers;
* Instruction and support of employees in testing tasks;
* Ensuring and further developing the quality management system;
* Decision-making on special approvals;
* Organisation of test equipment management;
** YOU HAVE:
*** Vocational training in the technical field and a one-year additional training (technician, master craftsman);
* Several years of experience in mechanical & electronics production;
* At least basic knowledge of quality assurance methods;
* Ideally completed QM courses (QM specialist, QM officer);
* German & English skills to maintain fluent communication;
