Inspector, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC, Quality Technician​/ Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector II to perform inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products. This role combines quality inspection and hands-on material handling, ensuring all items meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to established procedures
• Operate measurement and testing equipment (e.g., gauges, calipers)
• Record inspection and test data accurately in internal systems
• Identify and document non-conforming materials
• Support quality initiatives such as First Article inspections and GR&R studies
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Recommend improvements to procedures and processes
• Train other inspectors as needed
• Perform additional duties to support quality and operational goals

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of material handling or warehouse experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment (preferred but not required)

Benefits:Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
