* Monitors project quality performance through audits, inspections, and ongoing controls, identifying deviations from standards and implementing corrective actions. Escalates complex issues as needed to maintain compliance and minimize delays or rework.

* Provides technical quality guidance to cross-functional teams, translating quality principles into actionable steps that support execution. Prepares and communicates clear quality reports, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.

* Drives continuous improvement by applying and adapting quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and supporting corrective and preventive action processes. Maintains accurate, centralized quality documentation to ensure compliance, knowledge sharing, and efficient project execution.

You're the right fit if:

* You have a bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering, quality or related field. Master's degree preferred. Lean and/or project management certifications nice to have but not required.

* You are a highly collaborative and customer-focused professional with strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and business acumen, who demonstrates ownership, learning agility, and servant leadership while effectively partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and deliver quality outcomes. How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role.
