Quality Inspector - Micrometer/Calipers Experience!

Location: Eden Prairie MN

Pay: $23- $33/hr

Shift: 1st, 2nd and weekend shift

We are hiring a Quality Inspector to support a precision manufacturing environment. In this role, you will inspect parts, read blueprints, and use measuring tools to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints (including GD&T)
• Inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Review measurements and determine if parts meet specifications
• Document inspection results and report any defects
• Use CMM or vision systems (Keyence/Zeiss) when needed
• Work with production and engineering to resolve quality issues
• Support audits and maintain quality records

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience
• Strong skills with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience in manufacturing (aerospace experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 is preferred
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation

• CMM experience
• Experience with Keyence or Zeiss systems
• First Article Inspection (AS9102) experience

The pay range for this position is $49,920 - $66,560 per year.
