In this role, you will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and reporting results in a fast-paced gluten lab environment. Utilize cutting-edge technology and wet chemistry techniques to support claims and monitor regulatory compliance. Your work will directly impact the quality and safety of food products.

• Organize and prioritize samples to maximize lab output.
• Execute laboratory methods and deliver timely results.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train lab personnel and participate in audits.

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, food science, biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in food testing.
• Proficient in basic lab skills and common lab equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in an ISO 17025 accredited lab.

• Experience with Lab Ware LIMS.
