About the Role

I’m hiring a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer to support program quality, supplier quality, and internal production quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This is in the southwest corner of the Minneapolis suburbs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving root cause and corrective action, working cross-functionally, and supporting high-quality delivery for aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing programs.

What you’ll do:
  • Support program, customer, supplier, and internal quality initiatives
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities
  • Review drawings, specifications, flowdowns, and First Article Inspections
  • Support customer and internal audits
  • Prepare and review acceptance data packages
  • Use quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, MSA, CAPA, and risk mitigation
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and customers to resolve quality issues
  • Help reduce scrap, rework, and repair through continuous improvement efforts
Ideal background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • Quality experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or a related environment preferred
  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO
    9001, or related Quality Management Systems
  • Experience with FAIs, audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
