Position Overview
Quality Control Manager – Advanced Technology. The role focuses on leading quality assurance efforts, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and ensuring product excellence. The position is based in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities- Lead quality management and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively implemented and continuously improved.
- Prepare weekly internal reports and perform accurate data entry functions.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide actionable follow‑up.
- Provide operational assistance to customers through analysis, training, documentation, and resolution within designated areas of expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years of field quality management experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $152,500 per year (various listings). The position is full‑time, with a typical 1st‑shift schedule:
Monday‑Thursday 6:00 AM‑3:00 PM;
Friday 6:00 AM‑12:00 PM.
Location:
Minneapolis, MN (New Brighton office).
