The TPM collaborates with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that protect the brand and accelerate launch readiness.
The role requires coordinating inputs from PMO, R&D, Operations, and FSQ, guiding feasibility and resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement
