Experienced Quality Inspector Klesk Metal Stamping Company Full-Time | Hourly | $27–$34/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime may be available or required based on business needs

Join Our Quality Team Klesk Metal Stamping Company is looking for an Experienced Quality Inspector to join our Quality/Inspection team. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced quality professional who takes pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining high manufacturing standards. You’ll inspect metal stamped parts and materials, use precision measuring equipment, interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements, document inspection results, and work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Toolroom teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and other required inspections
• Inspect metal stamped parts and components for compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Use precision inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, pin gauges, fixtures, and vision systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming products and quality concerns
• Support containment, sorting, reinspection, and disposition activities
