Sky Chefs is seeking an FSQA Coordinator in Minneapolis to support food safety and quality assurance programs. The role monitors production processes, conducts inspections and audits, and helps drive improvements to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
You will work on the plant floor, track HACCP documentation, perform environmental testing, and train hourly staff while maintaining GMPs and recordkeeping.
