Construction Quality & Safety Manager

Roers Companies is seeking a Construction Quality & Safety Manager to lead onsite quality assurance and safety programs across our real estate development projects. In this role, you will develop and enforce QA/QC and safety procedures, conduct regular site inspections, ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards, and lead incident investigations. You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to resolve deficiencies, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement construction quality and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality and OSHA compliance
• Identify, document, and resolve quality and safety deficiencies
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective action plans
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and contractors on QA/QC
• Provide safety and quality training and toolbox talks to field teams
• Maintain documentation, reports, and regulatory records
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with company standards and regulations
• Support pre-construction planning with quality and safety input
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
