Quality Audit Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Audit Analyst to support enrollment quality operations within a healthcare environment in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing enrollment-related activity, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, and helping teams strengthen overall performance through clear feedback and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in auditing, quality assurance, and benefits-related review work, along with the ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed audits of customer-submitted enrollment materials to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.

- Evaluate audit findings to uncover recurring issues, summarize patterns, and communicate insights through routine and ad hoc reporting.

- Develop, update, and monitor performance tracking reports that measure quality outcomes and support operational decision-making.

- Review new benefit plan configurations and plan changes to verify that setup details are entered correctly and aligned with requirements.

- Record completed audit activity and results in a clear, organized manner using defined quality guidelines and documentation standards.

- Provide constructive feedback to support error reduction, process consistency, and continuous improvement across enrollment operations.

- Partner with internal stakeholders as needed to address quality concerns, clarify audit results, and support timely resolution of identified issues.

- Assist with additional quality-related assignments and operational tasks based on business needs and project timelines. Requirements - Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or analytical review within enrollment, benefits administration, or a related healthcare setting.

- Ability to interpret standards, follow defined procedures, and apply strong judgment when evaluating accuracy and completeness.

- Proficiency in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends from audit data.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple reviews while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear feedback to support process improvement.

- Background in customer service or operational support roles that require accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

- Familiarity with benefit functions, healthcare-related processes, or systems such as TRICARE or similar platforms is preferred.
