They are seeking a Quality Systems Manager to strengthen quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and support continued growth. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role offers the opportunity to shape quality processes and partner with teams across the organization.

They are seeking a Quality Systems Manager to strengthen quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and support continued growth. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role offers the opportunity to shape quality processes and partner with teams across the organization.
What You’ll Contribute- Manage and improve the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead internal audits, coordinate external audits, and maintain certification readiness.
- Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, root cause investigations, and effectiveness verification.
- Conduct compliance gap assessments and lead risk management activities.
- Manage document control, nonconformance records, customer complaints, and change management workflows.
- Establish quality objectives and performance metrics, report results, and facilitate management reviews.
- Develop quality training and guide cross-functional teams in implementing system improvements.
- At least 10 years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; high school diploma or GED required.
- Experience leading quality professionals and interpreting quality metrics, operational data, and budgets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
Epicor experience preferred. - Strong problem-solving, project ownership, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Custom metals fabrication or contract manufacturing experience and multi-site support experience preferred.
- ASQ or ISO 9001 certification and experience with project management, Lean/Six Sigma, ITAR, or NADCAP preferred.
- Depending on the assigned facility, ability to meet applicable export-control requirements through U.S. Person status, an exemption, or an export-control license.
