**** Get to Know the Opportunity:
** The Leave & Disability Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating the quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance of leave and short-term disability claim administration. This role conducts claim audits and provides actionable feedback to operational teams to enhance customer experience, regulatory compliance, and overall claim outcomes.
** The Contributions You’ll Make:
*** Conduct comprehensive audits of leave, short-term disability, accommodation, and related claim files.
* Assist with escalated claim reviews and special projects.
* Review claim documentation, correspondence, decisions, and system entries for accuracy and completeness.
* Partner with QA Consultants and QA Manager to analyze audit findings to identify trends, root causes, and emerging operational risks.
* Collaborate with Operational Readiness, Training, and Operations leadership to improve processes and procedures.
* Support projects or system testing efforts designed to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
* Manage claims or quality-related work as needed to support service delivery objectives.
** Minimum Knowledge &

Experience:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ years of experience in disability and absence claims management, quality assurance, compliance.
* Strong knowledge of leave and disability products and general claim adjudication processes.
* Experience interpreting and applying complex regulations and employer-specific plans.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Preferred Knowledge &

Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree
* Experience conducting audits or quality reviews.
* Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, STD, PFML, and state leave regulations.
* Experience with FINEOS claim system or similar claim management platforms.#LI-IB1

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.$56,220 - $70,280 USD
