Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Real Estate Agent will represent clients through various aspects of buying, selling, or renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing purchase agreements, providing expert guidance to clients, and staying informed about market conditions and property values. Building strong relationships with clients, negotiating on their behalf, and working collaboratively with diverse teams within Edina Realty are integral to this role.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a client-focused approach to support and guide clients effectively through transactions.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate practices and Real Property regulations to assess and understand property values and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Sales with proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the Minneapolis, MN, real estate market is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
