Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their options.
  • Coordinate with our team to schedule showings that fit clients' needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely feedback to clients and team members after each showing to enhance decision‑making.
  • Stay updated on local market trends to offer clients the most current insights and advice.
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor showings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the Minneapolis‑St. Paul‑Bloomington real estate market and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in using digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and provide timely feedback to clients and team members.
Compensation

$115,000 - $205,000 yearly
