As a Leasing Consultant at Enclave, you are the face of our communities, blending exceptional customer service with a knack for sales to create a welcoming experience for potential and current tenants. From showcasing apartment features during tours to guiding prospects through the leasing process, you will play a pivotal role in matching individuals with their perfect home. Beyond the sale, you will foster lasting relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and helping our communities thrive.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday | 8 am – 6 pm with rotating Saturdays (10:00 am – 2:00 pm). Team members are expected to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
• Work Type:
  Full Time (40 hours/week)

Office/lobby hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Managers will assign specific opening and closing shifts; adjustments by an hour may occur. Team members will not exceed 40 hours per week, and if scheduled on a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided to maintain a balanced schedule.

• Be a Property Expert:
  Master the details of our current and upcoming properties and showcase their best features to prospective tenants.
• Bring Creative Marketing Solutions:
  Collaborate with your Community Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results.
• Close Deals with Confidence:
  Work alongside other Leasing Consultants to lease units, maximizing occupancy and income potential.
• Foster Tenant Satisfaction:
  Support the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures that preserve property value and ensure tenant happiness.
• Solve Challenges:
  Resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining the integrity of our community.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for planning and multitasking.
• Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property‑management software like App Folio.

• High School Diploma required; additional education preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative experience; property‑management or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
