Property, Leasing & Office Associate

Irving Properties is seeking an experienced Property, Office, and Leasing Assistant with an upbeat, positive attitude to join our small, close-knit team in Uptown Minneapolis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of a locally owned, family-run property management company.

• Assist with daily office and property management operations
• Communicate with prospective residents, current residents, and vendors
• Show and lease apartments
• Implement and manage advertising for available apartments
• Assist with unit turnovers and resident calls as needed

• Outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Enjoys working with people and being part of a family company
• Availability to work some weekends for turnovers and calls

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle and safe driving record
• Must pass a background check for employment
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
