Jernell Realty is a real estate brokerage team based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, led by Jason Jernell, CEO and Real Estate Broker/REALTOR, and Lisa Jernell, CFO and Real Estate Broker/REALTOR. The firm specializes in assisting home sellers and buyers, handling REO properties, short sales, broker price opinions (BPOs), and inspections. Jernell Realty is dedicated to providing high-quality service and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while negotiating contracts and providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, providing market analysis, following up on various leads, maintaining client relationships, and completing necessary paperwork. Agents will work collaboratively within a team-focused environment while meeting individual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real estate laws, market trends, and processes
  • Customer Service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional support
  • Sales experience and the ability to negotiate contracts effectively
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with an ability to evaluate and market properties
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to meeting sales goals
  • Experience in the Minneapolis/St. Paul real estate market is a plus
