You will coordinate with Sales, Land, and Homebuilding, help prepare LAFs and approval packages, and organize land development budgets and costs.
Requirements include a BA/BS in Real Estate or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office skills and knowledge of the local real estate market.
