Take the Free Assessment — Wondering if a career in real estate is right for you? Take our short career assessment to discover your potential — no commitment required.

Meet with an Office Manager — Sign up for an informational session held every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. Ask anything about licensing, earnings, culture or a typical day in the life.

3.
Get Licensed — Don’t have a Minnesota Real Estate License yet? No problem. Edina Realty reimburses your licensing education and offers a free license test prep class to help you pass the exam.

4.
Join the Team & Start Growing — From day one you’ll have access to Edina University, Fast Track training, Bold Trail lead tools, MyAtlas and a team invested in your success. No experience necessary.

Requirements:

A Minnesota Real Estate License is required to practice — but you don’t need one to apply. Edina Realty will reimburse your licensing education costs and help you get there.

Come ready to prospect daily, embrace technology and attend coaching sessions. You’ll have a manager providing business coaching, guidance and motivation — plus professional marketing, technology and legal teams — all supporting you from day one.
