Overview
The Stability Lab Sample Coordinator supports shelf‑life testing operations within the Integrated Operations Consumer Experience Team. This role focuses on accurate handling, movement, and tracking of stability samples to ensure reliable lab operations and timely support of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities- Manage movement of stability samples between chambers, prep lab, and staging areas
- Perform daily sample pulls, inventory checks, and sample shipments
- Monitor and record temperature conditions of stability chambers
- Use LIMS software to print labels and enter required data
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure operational reliability
- Adhere to safety protocols and lead with safety in all lab activities
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance for external projects
- Support cross‑functional needs and additional lab tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years of related experience; or associate degree
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance
- Comfort working in variable chamber conditions (warm, humid, cold) and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust schedule on occasion
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field
- Prior experience in a food industry or laboratory environment
