Senior Associate Vice President for Research Development and Strategy Overview
The University of Minnesota seeks an innovative research leader to serve as the Senior Associate Vice President for Research Development and Strategy (SAVPRDS). The SAVPRDS will report to the Vice President for Research and Innovation and act as an ambassador, building research across all disciplines, galvanizing faculty, staff, students, federal agencies, corporate sponsors, and other external partners. The role also involves senior strategic oversight for monitoring and responding to shifts in the federal research funding environment.
Compensationand Location
The position is a 100-percent-time, 12-month professional and administrative (P&A) appointment based in Minneapolis. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, with an anticipated range of $280,000 - $400,000.
