Location:
Plymouth MN
Duration: 11 Months of Contract + possible extension
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
Job responsibilities:
Support laboratory testing, product development, and characterization activities for medical device technologies.
Perform hands-on laboratory bench work including test setup, sample preparation, protocol execution, and data collection.
Conduct in vitro preclinical testing while following established laboratory procedures, protocols, and SOPs.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and test equipment to support experimental activities.
Execute verification testing and device characterization studies to generate accurate and reliable results.
Prepare test samples and materials according to study plans and engineering requirements.
Collect, analyze, organize, and document experimental data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain detailed laboratory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with quality requirements and regulatory standards.
Assist engineering and scientific teams with research activities, process development, and technical investigations.
Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and identify trends, observations, and potential issues.
Prepare technical reports, study documentation, test summaries, and experimental records.
Follow quality systems, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements within a regulated medical device environment.
Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and inventory of testing materials.
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, technicians, and cross-functional teams to support project goals.
Work independently on routine assignments while contributing effectively in a team environment.
Troubleshoot testing challenges and support continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills during experimental activities.
Quickly learn new laboratory methods, technologies, and testing procedures.
Support multiple site activities and travel to other company locations as required.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive laboratory environment while meeting project timelines.
