Food Service Assistant at Plymouth Creek Elementary

Starting Wage: $23.03/hour

  Description:
  
  To perform a variety of basic responsibilities including selecting, measuring, mixing, finishing and readying products for serving based on standardized recipes or as directed in a manner which contributes to the effective, efficient and safe preparation and delivery of school nutrition products and/or services. To perform duties as assigned to help maintain a coordinated, productive preparation and service operation.

• Must have previous related experience working in an institutional kitchen.
• Must have experience with quantity food production.
• Basic math and computational skills are required.

• Must be able to communicate directions, ideas and concepts.
• Ability to perform computer entry and use of institutional food service equipment.

All new food service employees must pass a pre-placement physical that is arranged through the district.
