At Piada Italian Street food we are passionate about food and hospitality. A leader in the fast casual movement, Piada combines fresh, modern Italian cuisine, in a delicious made to order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads and hand rolled Piadas.

This is a hybrid
-remote position and time will be split between our Minneapolis Piada locations and your home office. Candidates should live within driving distance of our Minneapolis locations, a part of the position requires travel to and from our stores.

The role of the Catering Order Specialist (Call Center) is to provide every guest with exceptional Piada experience as the brand ambassador of the catering department. This multifaceted, remote role blends customer service, sales, communication, and a high level of organization and multitasking ability focused on excellence.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences via phone and email
• Act as the primary point of contact for catering inquiries and orders
• Drive catering sales by actively listening and anticipating guest needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone
• Prepare, send, and confirm “Perfect BEOs” (Banquet Event Order) for all catering events
• Ensure seamless communication with restaurant teams to execute orders properly
• Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery questions quickly and effectively
• Possess and apply thorough knowledge of catering menu, packaging standards, and presentation
• Support catering managers by assisting with accurate and timely order entry
• Maintain strong, professional communication with guests, restaurant management, and vendors
• Always prioritize guest satisfaction and uphold service standards

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure
• Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in CRM and data entry platforms including but not limited to:
• Tripleseat / Monkey media
• ez Cater
• Third Party delivery services:
  Doordash, Uber, Dlivrd, Deliver That
• Aloha
• Unite/Intermedia
• Competency in Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, and other digital catering platforms
• Basic math and computer skills
• Collaborative mindset and excellent peer communication

• Schedule:
  
  Available to work between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. EST
• Nights and weekends required
