The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest and staff questions and needs. The Supervisor is responsible for several stands before, during, and at the close of the event.

• Supervises staff during check‑ins and breakdowns for the zone that they cover.
• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event, including service areas.
• Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques and menu offerings.
• Thoroughly completes all event set‑up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Supervises and completes the open and closing stand paperwork and inventory.
• Employs good food safety and sanitation practices and follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Meet the physical requirements of the job such as standing and walking for long periods, ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs, kneel or crouch, and actively engage physically with guests while remaining alert in emergency situations.
• Ideally, 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality, particularly working concessions.
• An outgoing personality and ability to interact with high‑profile guests while remaining professional and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience.
• Effective communication skills in speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem‑solve and make decisions with little guidance.
