Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Barista role located in Minneapolis, MN. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, while ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include operating equipment, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation. The Barista will also manage inventory, handle cash register transactions, and uphold the cafe’s quality and safety standards.
Qualifications- Experience with Barista techniques and Food Preparation processes preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
