Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu according to established recipes and Four Seasons Standards.;
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotels point-of-sales system; verify with the guest's original order.;
Service and take orders from guests seated at the pool bar area with descriptions of item origins, tastes, and preparation methods; maintain knowledge of liquors and specialty drinks.;
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to guest concerns and requests promptly.;
Properly close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments; settle voided checks or complimentary items.
