Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front of house operations
* Lead by example and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A Plymouth (MN) policies and procedures
* Emphasize training and coaching for all front of house personnel
* Ensure food service and safety standards are being met and maintained
* Deliver and lead by example in regards to remarkable service and second mile service for our customers
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and store leadership
* Hold others accountable, adhering to Chick-fil-A Plymouth (MN) Vision and Core Values
Requirements
* Must be able to lift 50lbs
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Complete and support projects and initiatives as assigned
* Complete repetitive tasks
* Be able to perform all functions of the job physically
* Be a good steward of restaurant resources
* Mentor and Coach Team Members, Supervisors and Coordinators
* Comfortable using a computer, apps and communication tools
